Chocolate Candy Bars Give Me Acid Reflux

candy barsThere is no doubt about it. Chocolate Candy Bars Give Me Acid Reflux. I have learned this lately due to my holiday eating habits. Yes the holiday food gets me into what I like to call eating shape. It’s almost like I am in training for eating. Have any idea what I’m talking about?

It’s due to eating mass amounts of food during the holiday season as I am sure many of you do. It starts with Thanksgiving with a big meal. Let’s be real here. It’s more than a big meal. It is a massive meal. Good ole’ turkey and dressing and lots of bread. That is the way it starts. Then some brownies which are full of sugar and fat and I am on my way to gaining weight.

Then somehow I find myself skipping the gym. Why? I cannot explain it really. Then my eating habits get worse. I start eating an occasional chocolate candy bar. Then the next day I eat another. Then I realize, that this tasty little treat is giving me massive acid reflux. to the point where it lasts most of the day.

This does not help when I eat an occasional fast food meal or some Chinese food at a local buffet either.

I recover by avoiding the candy bars and getting back into better eating habits. As stated on this website, chocolate and other sweets can give you a queasy stomach. It’s one of the very foods you should avoid if you are susceptible to an upset stomach. Even more so for me since acid reflux is now part of the equation.

That is what this article is all about. Just putting out more information on the internet and hopefully it will somehow help someone. That’s what it’s all about. Maybe through my experiences someone will read something that will be of benefit to them. Even if I am the guinea pig.

Happy Holidays Everyone.

Avoid A Queasy Stomach On Vacation

vacation foodsIt’s time for your vacation. You have probably been planning this vacation for months or maybe even longer. You have dieted and done all the right things for eating to get into your new swimwear. It’s going to be a blast. You are going to have so much fun!

There is just one problem….

You might be sidelined for a good portion of your vacation with a queasy stomach.Yep, it happens to many that go on vacation. They go out of town on vacation and BOOM! Upset Stomach City! Yes it can ruin a good vacation. But you shouldn’t stress about it. Hopefully we can give you a few tips to help you recover quickly from any stomach problems you encounter on your vacation.

Take Your Normal Foods With You

If you are like me and are on a pretty strict  diet, you may want to take a few of your foods with you to avoid any stomach upset. This of course includes mainly dry foods but it can also include things that you drink. For instance, if you are going somewhere and you can take a cooler with you, you may want to carry your own orange juice. Many places (hotels, restaurants, etc.) serve orange juice FROM CONCENTRATE. This can be extremely irritating to the stomach and should be avoided.

Especially if you have kids. You really should not give your child anything that is concentrated when it comes to OJ.

You should look for orange juice that states on the label that it is NOT FROM CONCENTRATE or NEVER FROM CONCENTRATE. It’s right there on the front label. You just have to look for it.

As for the foods you should be taking with you, most likely this will be limited to breakfast foods and snacks. It may be good for you to take the cereal that you prefer and even some fresh fruit if you have a way to keep it fresh and cool.

You here a lot of people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. For many, it sets the tone for the whole day. Eat crappy early and feel crappy all day. Eat healthy early and reap the benefits of feeling great and energetic. This way you can get more out of your vacation.

Easy things to include may be something like Quaker Instant Oatmeal that you can heat in a microwave or with some really hot water.

You might want to include cereal bars or dried fruit or some other type of healthy snacks that your stomach can endure.

You will be out of your element on vacation and at the mercy of whatever place you are staying at has to offer or whatever local foods or restaurants are serving. So it’s best to be prepared.

Plus you will probably save a lot of money because of the higher prices you may have to pay for the convenience of it all.

If you are flying to your destination, this option is probably out for you as there are strict flight laws in place.

Do Not Eat Too Much

You may have dieted for a good while leading up to your vacation but chances are that you are going to eat lots of food while you are on holiday. Not only will you be eating more food but you will probably be more inclined to indulge yourself to eat almost anything that is put in front of you because let’s face it, you are on vacation. This is the time to let loose, relax and eat anything you want. Not only anything you want but as much of it as you want.

The foods you will be eating on vacation are likely to be more fatty and can include fried foods. You may be eating healthy at dinner but there is also a good chance that the hollandaise sauce you have on your seafood is loaded with lots of extra calories and fat. And if you are going all out, that probably means dessert too. That means more sugar and fat.

Hey, we have all been there. But there can be repercussions. You could end up with an upset stomach from all of this gorging.

Try and limit your all out eating habits to just a few days on your vacation. Or you could pick one meal of the day to really pig out on. This way, your stomach (and the rest of your body) has time to recover.

Remember, when you eat all of these calorie laden foods, you are not just taking in calories and fat. You are also making changes to your blood pressure and cholesterol. Your whole body is having to work harder because of the amount and types of foods that you may be eating.

Use a little self discipline and your stomach will thank you for it.

Avoid Foods You Have Never Tried

Almost everyone likes to try new things as long as they are within reason. Especially when they are on vacation. They do not want to be stuffy. They want to be adventurous.

That can also go for food. There some really exotic foods in the world and some of them can tear up a stomach in a hurry. Especially if you are eating abroad. You may want to avoid foods that you have never tried before.

You have no idea what this new and exciting food can do to your digestive system. Is a chance it could completely ruin the rest of your vacation?

Is it really worth it?

Who really knows for sure. You may be able to eat almost any type of foods without any problems at all. If that’s the case, then go for it. If you have a stomach that is apt to going haywire with anything that is out of the norm, well then, at all cost, avoid foods you are unsure about.

Remember, you are on vacation and chances are you spent a lot of money to relax and have a good time. It would be a pity to feel sick why you are supposed to be having a good time.

Limit Your Alcohol Intake

Alcohol is a part of lots of people’s vacations. People are just looking to get away and unwind and that often includes a couple of drinks. The problem is a couple of drinks turns into too many drinks. It’s very easy to get too relaxed and all of a sudden a plethora of drinks have entered your system.

When you have a lot to drink, it usually means you will pay the price. Most of the time, that happens the next day in the form of a hangover and a queasy stomach.

It often takes hours before you start feeling better. Plus too many times people feel the urge to eat something nasty to counteract the alcohol and that can just make things worse.

If you consume alcohol on your vacation, drink it in moderation. Not only will it be better for your stomach but it will probably keep you out of trouble.

Carry With You Quick Relief Products

This is your vacation. You don’t have time to play around here. You have worked hard all year and you do not want to miss out on a lot of fun being confined to the bathroom or the bed because of a queasy stomach. So make sure that you have some quick stomach relief products with you just in case the ole’ upset stomach rears it’s ugly head.

A quick fix hopefully will get you back in action and enjoying your vacation again.

I hope that everyone that goes on vacation gets to enjoy it. There is nothing worse than feeling stomach queasiness or feeling downright ill from something you ate or drank. Hopefully some of these tips will help you get the most out of your vacation and avoid a queasy stomach.

It May Take Years To Figure Out What Causes Your Queasy Stomach

ben stillar ibsHave a queasy stomach more often than not? Cannot figure out what is causing it on a consistent basis? To be straight with you, it may take years to figure out what causes your queasy stomach.

Fact is, you may never truly understand what causes your upset stomach problems.

One reason this may take so long to figure out is that you may be eating (or drinking) multiple things that  cause your stomach to experience different levels of stomach queasiness. Another reason is that you will sometimes experience a queasy stomach when you are sick. This is more likely when you are suffering something viral.

Your body also may react to different foods than others. You might not be able to eat those spicy foods like some of your friends. You may have to learn this the hard way. A good example is Ben Stillar when he ate spicy foods in the movie Along Came Polly. That was a funny movie no doubt but a lot of people suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) as Ben did in the movie. It leaves them running to the bathroom as shown in this clip:

I too suffered from IBS. In fact, if I did not have an upset stomach, I would be surprised. This is because I was in a constant state of irritated bowels.

It took me years to really figure out what was consistently causing me to experience queasy stomach symptoms. I knew I would suffer stomach irritation if I ate things like salad, broccoli, corn, okra and fried foods (these are just of few of the things that would upset my stomach). It took medical problems (chest pains) to get me to start eating better. After about a month, I could tell my stomach problems were almost completely gone.

Another month, and it was smooth sailing.

I was 44 years old before I figured out how to eliminate my queasy stomach. It took God slapping me upside the head and waking me up to discover this. The one thing I figured out was that it was not just one thing that caused my queasiness, bloating, and diarrhea but it was really a mixture. I could not eat all of those tasty foods I mentioned previously because I was eating poorly constantly and putting my stomach in constant distress.

When I had no choice but to eat properly, all of this changed.

I realized I could eat things like broccoli, salad and corn as well as okra because my stomach was not irritated anymore. It now had been restored to what seemed like a natural state in my younger days.

If it was not for this wake up call, I would still be eating complete crap food and gaining weight and suffering from IBS and a queasy stomach.

Things are different now. I eat a much healthier diet, I exercise regularly and go running on a consistent basis. My cholesterol has dropped along with my blood pressure. I feel so much better and the best thing of all is that I do not have to go looking for the nearest bathroom shortly after I have eaten.

You may never figure out what causes your stomach problems or it may take years to figure it out. My suggestion (and it is only a suggestion) is to cut out nasty foods like fast food or fried foods. Completely remove unhealthy foods and eat a strict diet for over a month and see if that does not make a difference. Chances are that if you follow these suggestions, you are more likely to eliminate your queasy stomach symptoms that are caused by food. If you have severe stomach issues, please make sure you consult a physician.

Use Process Of Elimination To Determine What Is Causing Your Queasy Stomach

There may be more multiple foods that are causing you to have a queasy stomach. The problem is you are probably eating the same foods over and over and it is hard to determine which ones are causing stomach discomfort.

Another problem is you may be having stomach queasiness due to something that you drank instead of something that you have eaten. It can sometimes be hard to narrow down what is making your stomach upset when you might be eating something along with drinking something that gives you a queasy stomach.

You may be associating your stomach issues with the wrong types of nutrients or food sources. So how do you figure out what is causing your queasy stomach?

By Process Of Elimination Try And Figure Out What Is Causing Your Queasy Stomach

A queasy stomach can be caused by a number of things. It could be due to something you ate or something you drank. It could be due to some kind of sickness. It can be because of something bacterial or viral. If it is something due to being sick, that is pretty easy to figure out. You get over your sickness and the queasy stomach is gone.

If it is due to some type of food or drink, now you have to narrow it down so you can hopefully isolate the culprit.

For me, eating corn or greasy foods are subject to give me an upset stomach. With that stomach upset comes queasiness and possibly even diarrhea. So through time I have figured out that those items are not good for my own digestive system. So I try to eliminate them for as long as possible to avoid any type of stomach problems.

no food or drinkEliminate Certain Foods For A Long Period Of Time

If you have a feeling that a certain food (or drink) is causing stomach upset, eliminate them for a long period of time. Not just a few days but for at least a month or more so you can really tell a difference the next time you consume them.

For example, I had no idea that eating lots of rolls or processed bread was actually causing me to have an upset stomach. Until I started eating whole grain bread on a consistent basis, I never really knew that bread could actually be causing me to have an upset or queasy stomach.

Who knew?

I was always under the impression that bread was OK to eat and would not cause any stomach irritation. What I found out that white bread and other ultra processed foods can cause a delayed upset stomach.

This made it harder for me to put my finger on it.

Reintroducing Foods Or Drinks Back Into Your Diet

Once you have waited a long enough period of time, you can introduce the food or drink that you suspect back into your system. If nothing happens, then you can probably remove that type of food or liquid from the group as a trouble maker for your stomach. However, if the food or drink causes more upset stomach symptoms, then you have more data that is telling you to avoid it.

Also to be safe, if you have a feeling that a drink or some type of food is causing a severe upset stomach, just remove that from your diet completely. You probably don’t have to consume those if you had a severe reaction to it. Just move on and consider it something you want to avoid.

The stomach is a complex part of the body. There is so much going on down there that it has even the best scientists and doctors scratching their heads trying to figure cures or remedies for stomach digestion and upset. So sometimes it is best for you you to know your body and through process of elimination, figure out what is causing your upset or queasy stomach.

Recent Queasy Stomach Stats

I found this very interesting looking over the Google Analytics  stats for QueasyStomach.com. In case you don’t know what Google Analytics is, it’s a free traffic counter provided by Google that gives you in great detail where the traffic is coming from to get to your website. If you have a website and are not using Analytics, you are missing out on a free and powerful program.

california mapCalifornia Leading The Way

The State of California is visiting or looking for queasy stomach information more than any other state at this time. San Diego was the top city followed by San Francisco.

Yes, California is a huge state but I am a little perplexed as to why San Diego is leading the way for the state in reference to stomach queasiness.

I thought San Diego was one of the great places to live. I wonder why they are having so many upset stomachs.

texas mapTexas Bar B Que Anyone?

While California was leading the way, Texas was second looking for information regarding stomach issues. Houston was the leader as the most traffic for the state and is tied with another city which I will reveal shortly.

Could this be from that great Texas Bar B Que? I have to tell you that I have eaten quite a bit of bar b que in my day and the best I ever had was in Dallas Texas. I cannot remember the name of the place but I do remember that they did not have sweet tea. I was a little confused on that because I though Texas was in the South. Everyone knows Southerners love their sweet tea.

new york yankeesNew York Is Third?

While New York is first in a lot of things, they came in third for searching for stomach relief. Maybe there should be less emphasis on stress causing an upset stomach than previously thought. However, New York City was third in the search results but not by far. So scratch what I said about stress. New York City is considered by many to be the stress capital of the world. They are also known for the New York Yankees, Wall Street, and unfortunately 911.

New York is one of the most diverse cities in the world and you can buy different foods from vendors on the street. They have great ethnic restaurants and their nightlife goes on for hours.

Let’s not forget about Lady Liberty. Is she holding up the torch as a symbol for heartburn? I kid – I kid.

chicago bears jerseyLove That Chicago Pizza?

Chicago is known for their pizza for sure. People I know that have visited there say the best pizza either comes from Chicago, New York or San Francisco. They are also home to the Chicago Bears. Chicago happens to be the other city that is tied with Houston for having the most searches that are trying to remedy a queasy stomach.

Maybe it’s all of the heavy foods like bratwurst and other heavy meats that George Wendt  from Cheers and the late Chris Farley used to eat on SNL when they portrayed the Bears Fans in one of the most popular skits ever. You remember the words don’t you?

Da Bears!

Chicago is also known for the The Chicago Bulls that won six NBA titles with who many consider the greatest basketball player ever and that is Michael Jordan. It has been a decade since Michael Jordan has played in the NBA and still his products sell like hotcakes. Just this past Christmas, Nike released the Air Jordan Concords and there were riots that broke out just to get these shoes. Police had to be brought in and several people were injured.

Michael Jordan is the brand.

Anyway, who knows what is causing stomach problems in each individual area of the United States? I would bet though that most of it is due to overeating or eating something nasty or greasy. In fact it’s probably both.

I’ll Have The Crap Burger With Cheese And A Large Order Of Fries

Are you about to order another Crap Burger With Cheese and one of those grandiose orders of large fries? Have you been getting an upset or queasy stomach from eating crap food like this lately?

I know, that’s more than one question – but is it true?

Many people continue to eat fast food and they do not consider the consequences. Their eating habits have steadily declined and they do not realize that the food they are eating is causing them more problems than just an upset stomach or an uneasy queasiness in the gastrointestinal department.

Is this you? Again, another question. But does this describe you? Be honest with yourself. This website is not just about telling you why you might be having a queasy or upset stomach, it is also about trying to educate on how to change things in your life so you do not keep experiencing the same stomach problems over and over.

So we will delving into a greater discussion of fast food and how it can change more than just your stomach  issues or an increasing waistline.

So What Are The Consequences Of Eating Fast Food?

There are many effects that fast food can cause people. Here are just a few of them:

  • High Blood Pressure
  • High Cholesterol
  • Irritated Stomach
  • Increased Risk Of Diabetes
  • Cirrhosis Of The Liver
  • Weight Gain
  • Mental Distress

Let’s start with high blood pressure (the silent killer). Eating a lot of fast food can really put your body into extra danger. this is especially true if fast food is eaten on a regular basis. One reason is this can increase your risk of developing high blood pressure. Many people already are genetically inclined to develop high blood pressure but eating vast amounts of fast food only makes things worse. The amounts of sodium alone in fast food is enough to make a person’s blood pressure shoot up.

High Cholesterol is another reason to avoid fast food. It can a lot of times be accompanied by high blood pressure. As I am writing this, it has been almost two years since I was diagnosed with both but I made a change in my diet and now both are at normal levels. The feeling of both of these issues hitting me at one time was enormous. I had been feeling ill for almost a year and had no idea that I was at dangerous levels and was at risk of actually dying. When I changed my diet and started exercising more, my life changed for the better.

burger and fries

Eating lots of fried foods and fast food on a consistent basis can cause an irritated stomach. Some people get some kind of stomach irritation if they eat fast food at all. It does not have to be on a consistent basis. Most fast foods are prepared with animal fats in the grease (oil). Many companies today are changing to a healthier cooking oil but the stomach has a harder time digesting something with grease in it than foods that do not. Plus most fast food has a lot of fat in general. A Quarter Pounder With Cheese from McDonald’s has 510 calories and 26 grams of fat. It  gets a an “F” on the nutritional grade at CalorieCount.com. Your stomach has to work overtime to digest food like this.

Keep eating unhealthy and see what happens to your health. Soon you will be super sizing everything and adding more sugar to your diet. The sugar can be found in the sodas and deserts. This gives you a greater risk of developing diabetes.

In the movie called Super Size Me by Morgan Spurlock, there was an amazing fact brought to light when he ate McDonald’s food for a solid month. One of the doctors interviewed stated that many people that have been consistent consumers of fast food have developed the beginning signs of cirrhosis of the liver. This is shocking and should be a revelation to eat a salad instead of that Big Mac (or that Whopper With Cheese – do not want McDonald’s to think we are picking on them).

So how can eating a crap burger cause mental distress? This is easy. We are able to combine the last two points on this. You can easily get mental distress from the weight gain of eating poorly. Add some ill health effects and some visits to the doctor for your cholesterol and blood pressure and you can easily distressed or even depressed. It’s a domino effect. Why do you think all of those workout machines sell so well each year.  I bet you have heard people say “at least I have my health” before. They mean it. You lose your health and it can send your brain into a depressive tailspin.

Eating Healthier Can Eliminate A lot Of Your Stomach Problems

Wise up and eat healthier. A lot of your stomach problems come from something you ate or may have drank. Your diet really does make a difference. You should really try and eliminate fast food from your diet. At least try and reduce it significantly. The effects of eating fast can be long term that may put you on medication or possibly even death. We have not even discussed heart disease but yes, that is in the equation as well.

So eat something healthy and put down that crap burger and fries. You will be around a lot longer to enjoy your friends and family.

Remedies And Ways To Soothe An Upset Stomach

upset stomachIf you have a pulse and are breathing, at some point you will get an upset stomach. It just depends on when and not if you get one.

Use Tea To Soothe An Upset Stomach

One of the best remedies for an upset stomach is some of the older methods.

These methods include a soothing tea. Chamomile Tea is a great choice for an upset stomach. Chamomile Tea is a very popular and common way of settling an upset stomach.

In fact, using tea has been used by many people for years to soothe an upset stomach.

Another popular choice for soothing an upset stomach is by drinking Peppermint Tea. Peppermint is naturally soothing to the stomach for most people.

Other Choices To Help Soothe An Upset Stomach

You can also try ginger. This is another old school method to calming down an upset stomach. You can even take raw ginger and boil it down to get the benefits of soothing your irritated tummy.

You may not have considered an organic cider vinegar but some people take it to help with their queasy stomach issues.  Not only does it help with an upset stomach but some people report that it helps with lowering their cholesterol and blood pressure.

This is a simple remedy but you can also try some simple toast.Yes that is right, just plain ole’ toast. It’s easy to  make and it has calming capabilities for your stomach.

One of the mainstays for me personally is to eat crackers. It’s hard not to find people that have eaten crackers when their stomach has been upset. One of my go to meals when I am not feeling well is crackers with Chicken Noodle Soup.

There is a reason that this cure has been around for so many years. Many mothers still use this remedy for their children’s upset stomach. One of the better reasons to eat some type of soup when you are not feeling well is that it contains water. This will help keep you hydrated as we will discuss later in this article.

If you want to go the route of  over-the-counter medications, that is entirely up to you but still you should consult your doctor before making that decision.

Drink Decaffeinated Drinks For An Upset Stomach

If you drink soft drinks to help ease your upset stomach, please try and drink one of the clear liquid drinks such as Sprite. These type of soft drinks may be better as they contain no caffeine that may also irritate your stomach.

Also, when drinking something with an upset stomach, it’s much better to drink things in small amounts. Sipping is much better than gulping down large quantities of liquids. It will be easier for your stomach to allow for things to pass through has it will not have to work as hard.

If you continue to suffer from an upset stomach, please consult  your doctor as soon as possible.

Things to Avoid With an Upset Stomach

Avoid things like dairy products (especially milk). Many people are lactose intolerant. Others are not even aware that milk may irritate their stomach.

Coffee falls into the soft drink or soda category as well. It can contain caffeine. So it is best to avoid coffee until you have fully recovered.

You definitely want to stay away from alcohol.  This is of course unless you are hungover and are seeking a Bloody Mary. Alcohol is a major irritant of the stomach.

Stay Hydrated

If you are suffering from an upset stomach, remember to stay hydrated. You may be avoiding liquids if you have been vomiting the liquids back up but it is very important to stay hydrated through this whole process. It will help you in your recovery of your upset stomach.

For Years I Suffered From A Queasy Stomach

For many years I suffered from a queasy stomach. Everything used to be normal in the stomach department for me but somewhere in my mid twenties things changed. It seemed that everyday I would have a queasy stomach. To say that my stomach was upset would be an understatement. In fact, if I had a day where my stomach was not feeling a little queasy, I would be amazed and try to figure out why.

I suffered from a queasy stomach on a daily basis for years

So I am probably like a lot of you. My queasy stomach issues where constant (on a daily basis). Some of you reading the material at this website may be suffering from a constant queasy stomach as well. Or maybe you have an occasional queasy stomach and are looking for some quick relief. You could be someone that had a little too much fun the night before and now the alcohol is playing havoc on the digestive system.

Whatever the circumstances, I hope that this website will be able to help in some way. All I can do is tell you about my story (or stories) and hopefully it will be a benefit you with your upset or queasy stomach.

Why I suffered from a queasy stomach

As stated previously, I had a constant queasy stomach. 99% of all of my queasy stomach problems were caused by my diet.

I grew up in the South and I was not stranger to fried food. As many people know, fried food is a almost like a food group in the southern states. I grew up on heavy foods such as fried chicken, chicken fried steak, fried pork chops, fried potatoes and of course, fried shrimp. Start to see a pattern here?

Well as my body got older, it could not handle all of those heavy foods and I began to develop a queasiness in my stomach that grew into a consistent queasy stomach. My stomach was upset every day. It’s not something people really want to talk about but it was reality.

I knew that if I ate certain foods it would cause my stomach to become even more irritated. Those foods would usually be tied to fried foods. My stomach stayed in a constant irritated state.  So when I would try to eat something healthy like a salad, that would only make it worse. In fact, I would try and stay away from salads. This was especially true if I was out on a date. The worst part is I really like salads.

My wake up call was the beginning of relief of a constant queasy stomach

chest pains from high colesterol and high blood pressureA couple of years ago, I started having chest pains. My diet had gotten out of hand and I was not exercising as much as I used to in my younger days. I found out that I had high cholesterol as well as high blood pressure. I soon found out how to use a blood pressure monitor efficiently. My cardiologist wanted to put me on cholesterol medicine and I heard that if you start taking medication for that, you can never get off of it. My physician said that was not entirely true. He agreed to wait six month after what I told him.

So what did I tell him?

I told him to give me six months and that if my cholesterol did not come down through an improved diet and increased exercise, I would gladly start taking medication for high cholesterol. I also told him that I understood that high cholesterol may be genetic. I did however start taking high blood pressure medication.

So I began eating a very strict diet and increased my exercising quite a bit. That is when I started running a lot.

I could feel a huge difference.

I lost somewhere around 18 pounds the first month and I think it was 10 more pounds over the next month or two.

I had more energy and I felt great.I also started to notice that my queasy stomach issues were gone. No longer was my stomach upset. This new diet was really making a difference. After the second week or so on this diet, is when I could really tell that my stomach was now less irritated. And by the one month stage, I was sure that my new strict diet was the difference.

My six month follow up visit

stethoscope imageAfter six months, I visited my doctor again and he was amazed at my results. I had lost a lot of weight and my cholesterol and blood pressure had come down considerably well into safe ranges. In fact my blood pressure was a little low and he was thinking about taking me off of it. I suggested cutting it in half and reevaluating at my next visit.

So though a healthier diet and exercise, I was able to lower my cholesterol, lower my blood pressure and eliminate my constant queasy stomach which I had been dealing with for years.

I was a completely new person.

I don’t know if this will help any of you and I am not a medical doctor. In fact, if you are having serious stomach issues, I highly suggest that you seek medical advice from a physician as soon as possible.

I struggled with stomach problems for years and it took chest pains to get me to notice that my health was declining and I needed to do something about it. So from all if this I was blessed to realize that my cure for a queasy stomach was just to stop eating nasty foods and start eating vegetables, whole grains and lean non-fried foods. The best part about it is now I can eat a salad without having to look frantically for a restroom later.

I hope to be of some help to you in the future as I add more articles to this website. For years I struggled with stomach problems and now I just want to be able to let others know my story. That is why I started this website. If that helps, then great. If not, we will keep on looking together for the cause of your queasy stomach and hopefully find you the right answers.
